2023 Holy Rosary Summer Camp Registration

ATTENTION PARENTS: Early registration for Holy Rosary Summer Camp is encouraged in order to guarantee enrollment. Complete the appropriate application form by May 12 and return it to the school office with the registration fee.

Holy Rosary Summer Camp is opened only to those families enrolled for the 2023-2024 school year.

This year we will be having two summer camps. Senior summer camp will be for children who have finished 5 year old Kindergarten through Grade 6. The Little Rams summer camp will be for children entering 2K, 3K, 4K and Kindergarten. One non-refundable registration fee of $50.00 per family is required with your application for either/both summer camps. There are two different application forms for each camp but only one registration fee.

Our camps will be staffed with experienced teachers, responsible college students, high school students (as assistants). Camp hours for both programs are from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Senior Rams Summer Camp (finished K through 6 grade)

The cost of the camp is all inclusive. Weekly fees, in-house field trip fees, a t-shirt, and all craft materials will be included in one price of $170.00 per week for the first child, $150.00 per week for the second child, and $100.00 for each additional child. Part time fees are $50.00 per day. Payments are due at the beginning of each week on Monday. Checks should be made out to Holy Rosary Summer Camp. If your children are in both camps, you will get the discount for the second and third child and you can pay with one check.

Our camp will offer recreational games, arts and crafts, movies, and PE/gym time for basketball, baseball, kickball, volleyball, and badminton. Independent reading is encouraged daily and quiet time activities will be planned for younger children.

Children should bring a sack lunch from home every day. Juice will be provided with lunch or you may bring your own drink. Two snacks and juice will be provided each day. Children may bring their breakfast if they choose.

Little Rams Summer Camp (future 2K, 3K, 4K, K)

The cost of the camp will be $170.00 per week for the first child, $150.00 per week for the second child, and $100.00 for each additional child. Part time fees are $50.00 per day. The weekly fee will include in-house field trips, t-shirt, snacks and all craft materials.

Payments are due at the beginning of each week on Monday. Checks should be made out to Holy Rosary Summer Camp.

Little Rams camp will offer recreational games, arts and crafts, story time, movies, music/movement time and PE/gym time. Each week will feature a different theme which will correspond with the week’s activities. On-campus “field trips” will be scheduled every week. These trips will include visits from Memphis Botanic Gardens, a magician, Paint-a-Piece, etc. Water play will be offered every Wednesday using sprinklers.

Every day the children will also have a scheduled hour and a half rest time. During this time children are encouraged to rest, relax and/or nap. Please send a cot sheet or blanket for nap time.
