Preschool through Kindergarten
Admissions Policy and General Information for Pre-K and Kindergarten
Complete the Online Application for each child (This includes a $25 application fee per child).
New student enrollment begins in December.
Pending availability families on the waiting list will be contacted beginning with Catholic families followed by non-Catholic families.
Children must be two, three, four, or five years of age before August 15th to attend their respective grade level.
Families must be registered members of Holy Rosary Church for seven months in order to receive the in parish tuition rate for Pre-K or Kindergarten.
Scholarship applications are available in January for Holy Rosary parishioners and families who have children currently enrolled in grades K-8.
For Kindergarten students who did not attend Holy Rosary preschool, an entrance test is required.

Enrollment Fees
Once your child/children have been accepted, you will receive an email from the Admissions Office detailing the enrollment procedure. The following registration fees will be required upon enrollment:
$225 Non-refundable enrollment fee, for each child enrolled. (This includes the $25 application fee)
As part of the enrollment procedure the following documents are required:
Birth Certificate (may be a copy and can be uploaded during enrollment or turned into the school office)
Baptismal Certificate (may be a copy and can be uploaded during enrollment or turned into the school office)
Health Immunization Record (original from doctor’s office and can be uploaded during enrollment or turned into the school office)

2-K Pre-School Level (2024-2025 Tuition Rates)
The base tuition for all students is $9,110.00.
For Catholic students registered in and supportive of any Catholic parish in the Diocese of Memphis, the tuition rate is $8,160.00.
Documentation from the student’s pastor must be on file by March 1st, for this rate to apply.
Because this is an optional program with low student-faculty ratio, no other discounts apply.
Parents are eligible for federal income tax credits for these programs, as allowable by law.
3-K and 4-K Pre-School Level (2024-2025 Tuition Rates)
The base tuition for all students is $8,555.00.
For Catholic students registered in and supportive of any Catholic parish in the Diocese of Memphis, the tuition rate is $7,700.00.
Documentation from the student’s pastor must be on file by March 1st, for this rate to apply.
Because this is an optional program with low student-faculty ratio, no other discounts apply.
Parents are eligible for federal income tax credits for these programs, as allowable by law.
3-K and 4-K Half-Day Programs (2024-2025 Tuition Rates)
The preschool program at Holy Rosary is primarily a five full-day program. However, a limited number of spaces will be held for families that desire only a half-day experience for their children.
The half-day program is a five-day, Monday through Friday program 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
The base tuition for all students is $6,520.00.
For Catholic students registered in and supportive of any Catholic parish in the Diocese of Memphis, the tuition rate is $5,865.00.
Documentation from the student’s pastor must be on file by March 1st, for this rate to apply.
Because this is an optional program with low student-faculty ratio, no other discounts apply.
Parents are eligible for federal income tax credits for these programs, as allowable by law.
Elementary School Program - Kindergarten (2024-2025 Tuition Rates)
The base tuition for all students is $8,575.00.
For Catholic students of families registered in and supportive of Holy Rosary Parish, the tuition rate is $7,015.00.
For Catholic students registered in and supportive of other Catholic parishes, the tuition rate is $7,250.00.
Annual documentation from the family’s pastor must be on file before this rate applies.
Families with more than two children will receive a 10% discount off of each additional child's tuition.
