Counselor
School Counseling
The School Counselor is responsible for guidance classes for all grades. This guidance consists of discussions about personal safety, conflict resolution, respect for others and alcohol and drug awareness.
Rainbows for All God’s Children is a program directed by the school counselor that helps children who are dealing with a loss in their family either through divorce or death.
The school counselors also coordinate the standardized testing for the school and entrance testing for new students to Holy Rosary.
All new students to Holy Rosary meet with the school counselor during lunch at the beginning of the year to help with their transition into their new environment.
Counselors are available to meet with parents to discuss the individual needs of their child.
